
What to send to GBA
Unless you wish to pay the additional fees, ONLY send what is going to be anodized, which is your markers aluminum parts. With absolutely NO Stickers, Screws, Paint, Electronics, Bubble Gum, and anything that isn't part of the quote. If you are unable to remove a screw, please contact us so that we can add the proper cost for removal. Failure to do so will prolong the anodizing turn around time. Shipping Form (must ship this with your marker)
FILL OUT, PRINT, and SEND this Order Sheet (MUST HAVE ADOBE ACROBAT TO VIEW FORM DO NOT USE ANY OTHER PROGRAM TO FILL THIS OUT!!!!) with all the information including your ORDER NUMBER (Top Right Starts with a letter.) If you have a part not listed already on the form, put it under Other. This helps us ensure when we return ship, that you get all your parts back. An EXAMPLE Order Sheet can be veiwed here.
Packaging
Please use proper packaging materials for your marker. This is best described as wrapping each part in paper, then using additional paper to ensure that the parts do not move inside the shipping box. Place your Order Number on 2 sides of the box.
DO NOT USE SHIPPING PEANUTS, they do not protect your marker parts, and will not keep them from banging together. And DO NOT ship your marker in a bag.
Here is a checklist of those things that MUST be included with your marker:
1. Unless you have paid for dissassembly of your marker, ONLY SHIP THOSE PARTS THAT ARE TO BE ANODIZED (Unless you are providing a color sample.)
2. Order Sheet Completely filled out properly (Check to ensure that you have filled it out with zero errors.)
3. If you are having anythind done to your marker other than a simple color on the part, you MUST send information on it as well, the emails with Todd are for quoting purposes ONLY. There must be a hard copy (Printed or otherwise) sent in of all graphics, milling work, and color samples included with the shipment.
4. If payment is not done through Paypal, then the payment MUSTalso come with the marker, if it is omitted, your marker will be set aside, you will be contacted, and no work or time lost will be of any fault to Gruntbull Anodizing.
5. Make sure that you follow our Shipping Tutorial to ensure that your package protects your marker as well as provides us at Gruntbull Anodizing LLC the proper information to work with.

Please Note: IF you send your marker via United States Postal Service (USPS) you MUST use the PO BOX or they (USPS) will return your package before we ever see it. IF you are not using USPS you do NOT need to include the PO BOX.
