1. You must provide us with an image, preferrably in .VG (vectored graphic) but we generally get JPEG or AI

2. Size is crucial to the quality of the work. We will not accept an image that is less than 950 x 950 pixels.

3. We prefer a BLACK and WHITE picture for Tattoos, and for Masks we can accept a colored graphic.

4. If you are just having TEXT added to your markers anodizing, we will need you to send us the FONT you want it in. (You can do this by going to Start>Control Panel> FONT> and then select the font you want, RIGHT CLICK and COPY, and then PASTE that on an email to us.)

5. If there is any issues with your graphic, we will contact the customer to let them know what is happening with the graphic.
